Refund policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following:

Exchanges & Store Credit

    •    Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

    •    Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and materials received.

    •    All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

    •    Custom-made or special-order pieces

    •    Sized or altered jewelry

    •    Engraved items

    •    Clearance or promotional items

    •    Deposits and layaway payments

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

 

Financed Purchases

If your purchase was made through a financing provider (including Synchrony, Affirm or leasing partners), approved returns will be processed in accordance with the financing agreement. Store credit may apply.


Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection to verify condition and authenticity before approval.

Empire Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
