As part of our commitment to quality and long-term customer care, we proudly include our Complimentary 3-Year Empire Jewelry Care Plan with all qualifying purchases of $500 or more.

This professional protection program is administered through a trusted third-party service provider and is designed to help maintain the beauty, integrity, and longevity of your jewelry investment.

What’s Included

The Empire Jewelry Care Plan provides coverage for:

• Professional cleaning and inspection

• Routine maintenance

• Repair of covered damage

• Stone tightening (when applicable)

• Replacement eligibility if repair is not possible

Coverage Value

Coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

For example:

If your jewelry piece was purchased for $1,000, the total available coverage amount is $1,000.

If repairs are performed, the cost of those repairs will reduce the remaining replacement balance available under the plan.

Replacement & Store Credit Terms

If a covered item cannot be repaired, the benefit will be issued in the form of store credit equal to the remaining available coverage balance.

In certain cases, if the same item is available at equivalent value, a direct replacement may be offered at our discretion.

However, due to market fluctuations in gold and material costs, store credit is the standard replacement method, allowing clients the flexibility to select a new item of their choice.

The original item must be surrendered to process any replacement or store credit claim.

Once a replacement or store credit is issued, the Care Plan coverage for that item is considered fulfilled and terminated.

Third-Party Administration

This Care Plan is fulfilled and administered through an independent third-party protection provider.

All claims, repairs, maintenance services, and replacement determinations are subject to third-party inspection, approval, and service timelines.

Processing times may vary depending on shipping, evaluation, authorization, and repair logistics.

Empire Fine Jewelry facilitates the service process on behalf of our clients but does not control third-party approval decisions or turnaround times.

Important Conditions

• Coverage applies only to qualifying purchases of $500 or more.

• Coverage does not include loss, theft, or intentional damage.

• Services must be approved prior to repair.

• Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

• Terms are subject to third-party provider conditions and approval.
