STORE POLICIES

Before making your purchase:

- The client is responsible for having read and understood all the policies, terms and conditions in full.

- The client is responsible for having read and understood the FAQ section, as well as other information on the page.

- The customer is responsible for having read and fully understood the shipping guide.

After making your purchase:

- Orders are processed 1 to 2 business days after receiving your proof of payment. 

- It is the total responsibility of the client to correctly provide the shipping data.  If we do not have the correct information the shipment cannot be made

-Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

- The customer agrees to inspect the pieces immediately, upon receipt. 

- The customer agrees to contact Empire Fine Jewelry, via e-mail, within three days of delivery of his jewel (according to the date indicated in the postage stamp or courier), regarding any errors,

discrepancy or irregularity in the product received.

Terms and Conditions

- By making your purchase, the customer is expressing acceptance of the store's policies, terms and conditions.

- Our website aims to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will match the color of the product, as color display depends, in part, on the monitor you use. 

-Gold can lose its shine and/or original shape upon contact with the skin, harsh elements or chemicals, so we recommend the following to preserve your jewel: Clean it with a soft cloth before storing it, avoid wearing it when sleeping or taking a bath, do not apply perfumes on metal or stones.

 Return Policies

- There are no changes in products purchased in promotion or discount. 

*NOTE purchases through financing or leasing do not have changes or returns

-No exchange or return of product not purchased on our website is accepted.

-The client must return the jewelry by the same means and in the same conditions in which he received it. Transportation costs and others involved in returning the good will be covered by the buyer.

- The jewels must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition without defects and modifications, including the guarantee policy.

-After a customer's return request: Once the product has been received by us, we will review the status of the product. If it returns in the conditions in which it was sent, we will proceed to return the money according to the form of payment which the customer made the purchase

-Empire Fine Jewelry is not responsible for changes in its pricing policy caused by human or technological

error of the company or external to it.

-Empire Fine Jewelry reserves the right to change, remove or add portions of these policies without notice.
